Whose destiny is knocking on the door of the Delhi Chief Minister's office ?

           On February 16th, I computed a horary chart and discovered significant changes in the planetary positions for both a male and female candidate.

           The suspense continues over Delhi's new Chief Minister till date. Several new elected MLA met to BJP president JP Nadda. But suspense is not clear. I tried to clear this suspense with the help of Astrology. Planetary combination for any male candidate is not suitable as per astrology, while there are strong planetary combination for a female candidate. 

            Sun was transiting in 12th house, which is the main significator of ruling government for a male candidate, while Sun was transiting in 9th house for a female candidate. In astrology, normally 12th house is bound to give bad experience while 9th house blesses the candidate with luck. Saturn, which is known for Karma fructification and for law, also transit in 12th house for a male candidate while the Same Saturn was transiting in 10th house for a female candidate.
